Appearance: White or yellowish granular solid.
Solubility: Dissolves quickly in hot water (80–95°C)
Packing: Kraft paper package with plastic film inside, 20kgs/25kgs per bag, 800kgs/pallet or 1000kgs/pallet
Storage: The PVA should be stock indoor where room temperature is 5-30℃, dry warehouse, well-ventilated place. Avoid storing in places with high temperature fluctuations. keep away from moistur, and avoid sun exposure. It is strictly forbidden to store together with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption deterioration.

Application

Paper Making

PVA/PVOH BF05(0599,5-98,105) is applied as a surface sizing agent to improve the strength, enhancinig oil and crease resistance. Also provides a smooth surface that absorbs ink evenly. More, it is used as a binder in pigment coatings, including binding pigments, improving gloss and brightness, and increasing stiffness.

Films and Packaging

Due to the excellent oxygen barrier properties of fully hydrolyzed PVA, PVA/PVOH BF05 (0599,5-98,105) can be used to produce high-barrier films for food or personal care product packaging to extend shelf life.
